The Rum & Cane Merchants British West Indies XO Rum is a blend of rums from Barbados and Trinidad, aged in ex-bourbon casks. It is known for its complex profile with notes of citrus, stewed prunes, vanilla, caramel, and cream, and a smooth, warming finish. It is distilled from molasses using column stills (and pot stills in some versions), bottled at 43% ABV or 46% ABV, and contains no added sugar, color, or flavor.
