Philippe Villiers Wine

This robust blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc offers aromas of forest fruits with subtle notes of tobacco, black pepper, and bell pepper. Since 2019, the blend has shifted from 70/30 to 65/35, giving recent vintages a more exotic character.

Best served at 18°C, it pairs well with strong meat dishes, stews, and lightly spiced foods. Produced from vines planted in 2003 with carefully controlled yields, this wine can age for at least 10 years. Approximately 12,000 bottles are produced each year depending on conditions. 🍷
