Crafted on the remote Outer Hebrides island of Harris, Isle of Harris Gin is distilled with nine carefully selected botanicals, including sustainably harvested sugar kelp from local sea lochs. This unique ingredient imparts a subtle coastal, maritime character, complemented by juniper, angelica, cassia, coriander, cubeb, liquorice root, orange peel, and orris root.
