Etsu Double Yuzu is a Japanese gin distilled at the Akita distillery on Honshu Island, known for its fresh, citrusy profile derived from the Japanese yuzu fruit. It is made with a seven-day maceration of botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, angelica, coriander, and matcha, followed by distillation and the addition of fresh mountain water. This gin is well-suited for G&Ts or with cloudy lemonade, and its tasting notes highlight fresh, fruity citrus flavors.
