This striking Lazarus Tile set was salvaged from Triq il-Librerija in the Vajrinġa area of Victoria, Gozo. Featuring a rare and vibrant turquoise tone, this piece reflects the historical rarity of blue in local encaustic tiles, as the pigment was once derived from costly lapis lazuli.

Elegantly framed in steel, it preserves a unique fragment of Maltese architectural heritage.
