Filfli - an artisanal and versatile chilli chutney made with a base of tomato paste and sun-dried tomatoes, making it an elevated form of a Maltese salsa, with bell peppers, onions and garlic, red chilli peppers, as well as olive oil, carob syrup and lemon juice. It goes well on pizza, pasta, chicken, tuna, as a spread or with a platter.

Xemxi - an artisanal light and fresh orange jam made with whole oranges, complimented with fresh ginger, lemon juice and honey, finished off with a
habanero kick. It goes well with salmon, steak, pork, stir fries, as a spread or with a platter.

Buw?i - a green and black olive tapenade, flavoured with olive oil and balanced off with green chillies, sultanas, black pepper, sea salt and a hint of marjoram. It goes well with whole fish, pasta, salads, focaccia, as a spread or with a platter.

Basli - a caramelised red onion relish,with a sweet and balanced flavour profile consisting of olive oil, brown sugar, sea salt, and smoked chilli flakes,
cooked in balsamic vinegar and stout beer. It goes well with BBQs, pies, salads, bruschetta, as a spread or with a platter.
