Filfli is made with a base of kunserva and sun-dried tomatoes, making it an elevated form of a Maltese salsa, with bell peppers, onions and garlic, red chilli peppers, as well as olive oil, carob syrup and lemon juice.
Goes with Chicken, Pasta, Pizza, Tuna.
